Juya reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via their registered email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

• Juya is intended for personal and recreational use only.
• Each person may hold and operate only one account.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

• Any involvement in fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity will result in immediate account closure.

To register with juya, you must be 18 years of age or older and provide accurate, complete information. If any false or misleading information is found during registration, your account verification will be rejected and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Only one account is permitted per user. Creating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device is a direct violation of juya's Terms & Conditions. If detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

• You are required to provide your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address accurately at the time of registration.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Keep your password confidential — you are solely responsible for the security of your account.
• Report any suspicious activity to juya Support immediately.
• Opening an account under a false or someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.

To place bets on juya, you must have sufficient balance in your account. Betting on credit or on account is not available. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so please review all details carefully before placing your bet.

Juya offers Sports Betting, live betting, casino, slots, and virtual games. Minimum and maximum bet limits are set separately for each category and are displayed on the platform .

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment — always check the odds before confirming your bet.
• Juya reserves the right to void any bets placed due to technical errors.
• The maximum bet on any single event may not exceed the limit displayed on the platform.
• Accounts flagged for suspicious or unusual betting patterns will be subject to investigation.
• Participation in match fixing or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.

Juya accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. Deposits are usually credited instantly, though bank transfers may take 1–6 hours to process.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not yet complete. Identity verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 | Maximum deposit: ৳5,00,000 per day.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 | Maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 per day.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits.
• Juya does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, fees imposed by your payment provider may apply.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 will not be processed without account verification.

Before claiming any bonus, make sure to read its wagering requirements. Typically, the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before it becomes withdrawable. Withdrawing before meeting the wagering conditions will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

• Each user may participate in any single promotion only once.
• Any unused bonus balance will be forfeited once the bonus expires.

• Attempting to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in account closure.

Juya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the reasons listed below, without prior notice.

• Operating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Fraud, hacking, or any other form of illegal activity.
• Failure to cooperate with account verification.

Upon account closure, the real balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded provided no rules have been violated. Users may also request to close their account at any time.
